Training 4 Trainers

Prerequisite : Seed Sower Training completion and referral by leadership.)

Help equip leaders to successfully facilitate a Seed Sower Training wherever and whenever God leads. This team will engage, equip, andmobilize womento disciple others with the power of the Gospel.

Attendees of this training will :

• Gain an understanding of Interactive Adult Learning
• Learn basic facilitation skills
• Practice facilitation with peers
• Receive coaching to improve their skills
• Receive on-site coaching during their first Seed Sower facilitation
