DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review a variety of technology-related legal documents, including intellectual property licenses, software agreements, SaaS contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on Latin America.
- Provide legal support and guidance on diverse commercial and operational matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable legal infrastructure, including contract templates and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate records of internal and external legal policies and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
