Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional phone presence 3+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or similar outreach roles Genuine ability to understand customer needs and articulate how software solutions can address their challenges Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with international team members Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms and CRM systems Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently Patient and resilient approach to outreach, understanding the value of personalized connections Experience or interest in working with small business owners and understanding their unique challenges Ability to maintain a consistent call volume of 50-100 quality interactions daily Preference for candidates who appreciate relationship-building over high-pressure sales tactics
