Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator
Location : Remote (Preference for LATAM or Europe)
Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST
Compensation : $1,200 – $3,000 / month (depending on experience)
Time-Off Policy : 10 PTO days + US public holidays
Role Overview
The company is hiring a Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee end-to-end operational logistics from purchase order placement through customer delivery , ensuring smooth fulfillment across DTC, Amazon FBA, and retail channels . This individual will play a mission-critical role managing 120,000 monthly orders , tracking inbound and outbound flows, owning fulfillment exception reporting, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination & 3PL Management
- Monitor daily 3PL performance , ensuring order SLA compliance, on-time shipping, and inventory receipt accuracy
- Track and manage inbound freight from global vendors and coordinate domestic transportation & delivery appointments with the 3PL
- Collaborate closely with account manager, and directly report to Director of Operations
Fulfillment Oversight & Exception Management
Handle shipping method optimization , ensuring appropriate service levels and identifying misrouted shipmentsManage day-to-day order accuracy , escalating to carriers or vendors when neededBuild and maintain a resolution log for all exceptions and delaysRetail Readiness & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date routing guides for Amazon, Walmart , and future retail partners (case packs, labeling, appointment scheduling)Ensure retail compliance by auditing inbound / outbound documentation , improving processes, and training fulfillment partnersTracking, Tools & Reporting
Develop or update dashboards using Google Sheets for 3PL performance tracking and carrier SLAsTrack key logistics KPIs : cost-per-order, delivery speed by shipping zone, exception rates, and escalation volumeDrive continuous improvement initiatives across pack-out logic, WMS / OMS coordination , and potential system upgradesKey Deliverables

2+ years experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operationsProficiency with Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic macros)Strong familiarity with 3PL coordination, OMS / WMS platforms, parcel shippingUnderstanding of US fulfillment flows (DTC, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify)Clear and advanced English fluency (written and verbal)High level of organization, accountability , and ability to work independently in a remote settingProblem-solver with a proactive mindset and curiosity to optimize systemsPrior experience working with or reporting to US-based teams is a plusComfort using Slack and Google Meet as primary communication toolsWork Style & Culture Fit
