Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in English via phone, addressing concerns and questions about the payment application.
  • Guide users in resolving technical and financial issues with the app.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
  • Manage the call process efficiently , ensuring service quality.
  • Document and follow procedures to resolve issues effectively.
  • Requirements

  • English Level B2 : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Residence in Bogotá .
  • Over 18 years old .
  • High school diploma required.
  • Basic computer skills (operating systems, internet) and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills .
  • For foreign applicants : Valid PPT and passport required.
  • On-site work at our offices in Urban 165 .
