At Konsultera, we support high-growth companies in the digitalization of their processes with Ivanti (Gold Partner and Best Ivanti Services Partner for several consecutive years), AI-powered Customer Service Agents, and HubSpot , which connect internal users and customers via WhatsApp, Teams, email, and Telegram.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative.

What will your duties be?

Generate demand : prospect +60 accounts daily (LinkedIn, email and phone) in mid-market and enterprise in Colombia, Mexico, Central America.

Qualify leads : apply SPICED / BANT and schedule discovery calls for your Account Executive.

Manage pipeline : Keep HubSpot CRM clean and with weekly forecasts.

Marketing Partnership : provide feedback on campaigns, participate in webinars and virtual fairs.

SaaS Consultative Selling Mastery : You'll master inbound, outbound, and our new portfolio of omnichannel AI Agents .

What requirements must you meet?

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Demand Generator or SDR.

Experience in the technology sector.

Long-term vocation in B2B sales.

Tenacity and a taste for "hunting".

Native Spanish + English B1 (writing and listening).

Technological curiosity and quick learning of digital tools.

CRM management.

Nice to have :

Hubspot, Ivanti or Sandler certifications.

Knowledge of ITIL or Customer Success.

Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator.

Having worked in remote-first environments.
