At Grupo Coomeva , we're looking for a Telephone Sales Consultant for our SAC line - 24 / 7 Campaign . Your mission will be to provide our associates with clear and accurate information about Coomeva Bank's financial products.

To assist and advise our clients with the best disposition.

Resolve questions and provide information on financial products and services.

Meet the indicators established for meeting goals.

What requirements must you meet?

Minimum of 6 months experience in call center , service or customer service .

Academic training : Bachelor's degree or higher.

What are the benefits and contractual conditions?

Salary : $1,423,500 + legal benefits.

Bonus : $200,000 for compliance with indicators and non-benefits.

Contract : Temporary with possibility of renewal.

Training time : 15 to 20 business days (paid training).

Schedules

Rotating shifts 24 / 7 from Monday to Sunday, with mandatory late nights.
