What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as an AI Workflow & Automation Specialist and design AI-powered automations that streamline operations for dealerships worldwide. You'll transform real business challenges into scalable solutions while collaborating with international teams to build, explain, and optimize workflows.

Employment type : Indefinite term type contract

Shift : 10AM - 6PM (Colombian Time)

Work setup : Work from home / Remote

What You'll Bring to the Team

Must-Have Skills

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven proficiency with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
  • Strong experience leveraging AI tools for coding, debugging, and workflow optimization
  • Working knowledge of Go High Level workflows, automations, and API integrations
  • Solid understanding of APIs and data flow principles
  • Logical thinker with strong process design ability
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience with low / no-code tools like Airtable, n8n, or Zapier
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) or eagerness to learn
  • Experience in building repeatable AI-powered workflows
  • Understanding of digital marketing or creative operations workflows

  • SaaS or CRM automation background
  • Familiarity with automotive dealership operations
  • Basic UI / UX awareness for creating user-friendly flows
  • Startup experience or comfort with fast-moving, iterative environments

    • What You'll Be Working On

  • Design and optimize scalable workflows in n8n and Go High Level (GHL)
  • Leverage AI to guide workflow logic, decision-making, and contextual automation
  • Integrate APIs (especially GHL's API) to automate dealership actions
  • Craft AI prompts and rules that drive conversational and operational behavior
  • Translate dealership challenges into automated, real-world solutions
  • Clearly explain workflows and solutions to technical and non-technical team members
  • Prototype and recommend automation solutions aligned with business needs
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies using AI-driven approaches
  • Assist in leading tool rollouts, including planning, training, and documentation
