Hoteles B3 is seeking a Coordinador Sst in Bogotá. The hotel located in the north of the city requires a qualified professional in SST or related fields with a licensed SST and at least 3 years of experience in medium or high‑category hotels.

Mission

Design, implement, and manage the Safety and Health Management System (SG‑SST) to protect employees, guests, and the property. This involves risk identification, accident prevention, staff training, and compliance with current regulations. The role applies to Bogotá operations and other locations such as Chía and Ráquira‑Boyacá.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and assess occupational risks, proposing and implementing preventive and corrective measures to reduce them.
• Coordinate prevention training programs for all personnel, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Design and coordinate emergency plans for the hotel, including incident and workplace accident management.
• Encourage active participation of all organization members in applying safety and health standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant SST legislation and regulations.
• Track system activities, generate periodic reports, and participate in SG‑SST audits, reporting results to general management.
