Senior Retail Manager

Lead and manage the retail strategy at the national level to maximize sales, strengthen brand presence, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the mobile phone business.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the retail strategy (physical and digital) aligned with the company / 's objectives.
- Lead commercial execution in company-owned stores, corners, and authorized distributors.
- Oversee the customer experience at points of sale, ensuring high standards of service.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for sales, turnover, average ticket, conversion, etc.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop point-of-sale campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and branding in stores.
- Lead sales team management (recruitment, training, motivation, evaluation).
- Manage retail product inventory, ensuring efficient turnover and no stock shortages.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with retail chains and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
- Participate in demand planning alongside the supply chain and operations areas.
Education
Professional degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.MBA or postgraduate studies in Retail Management or Commercial Strategy desirable.Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years in commercial and retail roles.Proven experience in the technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or mobile phone sector.Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse channels (own, third-party, online).Technical knowledge
