Job Description

As a Reporting Analyst you will collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets to provide relevant insights. You will maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making. You will report to the Manager, CoE Sales Intelligence & Optimization.

Your Responsibilities – What You Will Do

• Data Collection and Cleaning : Gather data from several sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs. Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Transform raw data into a suitable format for analysis.
• Data Analysis : Use statistical techniques and data mining tools to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop and implement data quality checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and support decision-making.
• Data Visualization and Reporting : Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards. Maintain regular reports to track goals and metrics. Collaborate with team members to understand reporting needs and tailor reports accordingly.
• Data Governance : Follow data governance procedures to ensure data security and privacy. Stay up-to-date with industry’s best practices and latest data technologies.
