Schedule : Monday-Friday anytime between 9AM-5PM UK time, 4 hours per day

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in a growing fitness coaching business where your analytical skills will directly impact clients’ success stories. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and analysing client progress data, creating detailed progress reports, and helping determine the next steps in their fitness journeys. This role offers the perfect blend of data analysis, health and wellness industry exposure, and meaningful client impact. You’ll work closely with the business owner to streamline operations and enable business growth, making you an essential part of the team’s success.

Responsibilities

Social media engagement - Engage with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews.

• Review and analyse weekly client data including workout performance, calories burned, and nutritional intake across a global client base
• Assess client progress using established criteria to determine readiness for program adjustments such as weight increases, distance improvements, or dietary modifications
• Navigate and efficiently input data into the company’s proprietary fitness tracking application
• Create comprehensive 2-3 paragraph progress summary reports for each client based on their weekly performance data
• Extract and organize client comments and feedback for inclusion in progress reports
• Handle client exercise modification requests when possible, or appropriately flag complex requests for owner review
• Deliver completed weekly reports on schedule to enable personalized video feedback creation
• Support the business owner’s vision of scaling operations and improving client service delivery

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate data interpretation Experience with social media engagement. Excellent written communication abilities for creating clear, professional client reports Comfortable learning and quickly mastering new software applications and digital platforms Reliable work ethic with consistent availability for weekly deliverables and client commitments Self-motivated and able to work independently while following established processes and quality standards Fitness, nutrition, or health industry experience is highly preferred but not required because comprehensive training will be provided Available for 20 hours per week with flexibility to work within specified business hours Long-term commitment mindset with opportunity for role expansion as the business grows
