We are a leading industrial company specializing in the manufacturing of cooling systems for the industrial, rail, and marine sectors. Our commitment to quality, health, safety, and the environment is at the core of our operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of QHSE to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the integrated QHSE system across all NRF Industrial branches. This role requires a strong leader who can manage an international QHSE team in three factories across three different countries.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the integrated QHSE system across all NRF Industrial branches.
• Lead an international QHSE team in three factories across three different countries.
• Control and approve / reject incoming materials and suppliers by confirming specifications.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Develop and implement a quality control plan and report according to customer requirements and standards from the marine and rail sectors.
• Fulfill the company's quality mission and zero accidents policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
