- Your role at Clorox :
- The HR Director leads the cluster’s HR function, owning the full HR agenda for CCAM Cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama). Reporting to the LATAM HR Business Partner, with a dotted line to the General Manager, this role is both the Cluster HR head and a member of the Cluster Leadership Team. The position is accountable for aligning HR strategy with business priorities, driving organizational capability, and ensuring excellence in core HR processes and programs, including organizational development, change management, transformation, benefits, wellness, HR operations, and employee relations. A critical focus will be guiding the organization through CCAM´s dynamic labor and union environment, while enabling high growth and supporting leaders with strategic consulting, talent development, and effective HR solutions. The HR Director also leads and develops the cluster HR team, ensuring alignment with LATAM business strategy and H&H People& agenda.
- In this role, you will :
- HR Strategy & Integration
- Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business priorities, global guidelines, and local / regional dynamics.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and effective implementation of HR processes and technologies across all areas, including plants and supply chain.
- Oversee labor and union relations in CCAM, ensuring compliance with pro-employee reforms, fostering constructive relationships, and supporting collective bargaining processes.
- People Management & Leadership
- Lead, develop, and structure the HR team to ensure capabilities meet business needs.
- Provide leadership in performance management, coaching, and development across the country.
- Act as consultant and trusted partner for organizational leaders.
- Organization Design & Development
- Drive organizational design, change management, and cultural alignment initiatives to support business transformation.
- Lead country-level initiatives on org design, workforce restructuring, and change management.
- Partner with leaders to enable sustainable performance and ensure culture alignment with strategy.
- Strategic Business Partnership
- Actively contribute as a member of the Cluster leadership team, providing HR insights for decision-making and long-term planning.
- Coach leaders and managers, locally and non-locally, to strengthen people leadership capabilities.
- Support M&A processes (due diligence and integration), cost efficiency assessments, and employee relations.
- Talent & Engagement
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Drive the succession planning process and ensure alignment with regional / global frameworks.
- Design and execute local learning & development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capabilities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
- What we look for :
- Experience Required :
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in both strategic and operational roles at the country or regional level.
- Evidence of successfully delivering both long-term and short-term business objectives, enabling measurable business impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional organizational initiatives, driving collaboration across departments and geographies.
- History of contributing beyond the immediate role or function, adding value at the country or regional level
- Strong generalist background, including hands-on experience in coaching and consulting senior leaders, ideally at the country and region level
- Direct experience managing key HR operations such as payroll and benefits, with responsibility at least at the country level, preferably with regional exposure
- Solid understanding of diverse business markets and contexts, acting as both a business leader and HR expert to support organizational goals

- Academic Background :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus.
