Descripción del trabajoLiderar y guiar al equipo de desarrolladores, asegurando buenas prácticas y entregas de alta calidad. Acompañar al equipo desde la ejecución técnica cuando sea necesario, brindando soporte en la práctica. Impulsar la innovación y apoyar proyectos de transformación digital en Fintech y servicios financieros. Experiencia comprobada en una Fintech (requisito indispensable). Sólido background en desarrollo Back End y Full Stack, con capacidad de ejecución y programación. Experiencia actual liderando un equipo de desarrolladores en entornos dinámicos. Posición con búsqueda en Colombia, pero deben tener disponibilidad para radicarse en México. Crecimiento profesional en una industria Fintech en plena expansión. Oportunidad de trabajar en proyectos retadores y de alto impacto.
Reconocida compañía Fintech está en búsqueda de su Líder de Desarrolladores en Ciudad de México Lomas de Chapultepec (100% presencial) para impulsar la transformación digital en servicios financieros para personas y empresas.
