We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center solutions , who will lead the implementation and support of on-premises platforms while driving our transition to UCaaS and CCaaS cloud solutions .
The selected candidate will work closely with architecture and infrastructure teams, actively participating in the design, build, testing, and deployment of new solutions, as well as in defining migration strategies to modernize and decommission legacy technologies .

What You'll Do
Lead project teams as a subject matter expert in the implementation of Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center solutions.Deploy and migrate sites and solutions, consolidating distributed telephony technologies into global platforms, including gateway configuration.Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and implement call flow modifications (CUCM, CVP, and future cloud platforms).Provide escalation support to the L2 operations team.Develop operational documentation for new solutions.Support vendor management to ensure compliance with established SLAs.️ What Were Looking For
5+ years of relevant experience in UC and / or Contact Center environments (SBC, Dial-plan, ACD, IVR, WFM, call recording services).Advanced understanding of UC and Contact Center design patterns and architectures.Recent hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms, such as : Nice CXone, Genesys PureCloud, Cisco Contact Center Cloud, Others (Five9, 8x8, etc. )Proven experience with on-premises solutions, including Nice inContact, CUCM, UCCE, WebEx Calling, or other leading collaboration and contact center platforms.Experience working with global telecom providers, SIP trunking and TDM, including regional routing and regulatory requirements.Solid knowledge of network infrastructure (QoS, routing, DHCP, DNS, packet capture / analysis).Strong understanding of security concepts applied to collaboration services (firewalls, VPN, certificates, encryption).Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, SDLC, DevOps).What You'll Get
