WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief People Officer (CPO). This role is remote-first until our local office is established, at which point it will transition to being office-based. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, enabling the CPO to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a trusted partner, you will act as the CPO’s primary point of coordination - driving smooth operations, effective stakeholder management, and timely execution of key initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage and optimize the CPO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and efficient use of time.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visa accommodations, and expense reconciliation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CPO and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of the CPO.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Anticipate the CPO’s needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or operational challenges.
