The Role

We're looking for a

CPA (or equivalent US qualification) to lead BruntWork Bookkeeping.

You'll be both builder and operator—creating the division from the ground up, ensuring technical excellence, and leading a growing team of bookkeepers.

This role requires someone with deep expertise in US accounting, the ability to build trust with clients, and the leadership chops to scale a business unit from zero to growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Division Setup :

Build the operating framework, systems, and processes for BruntWork Bookkeeping.

Provide CPA-level oversight to ensure compliance with US accounting standards.

Oversee and guide bookkeeping services — accuracy, reporting, and deadlines are non-negotiable.

Hire, train, and manage offshore bookkeepers; instill discipline and high performance.

Act as the expert face of the division — advising clients with clarity and confidence.

Partner with the sales team to convert leads into long‑term clients and grow revenue.

What We're Looking For

CPA license

(or equivalent US-recognized credential).

US accounting principles, GAAP, and bookkeeping standards.

QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite

, or similar systems.
