Overview

Veevart, a profitable SaaS for museums, in which Hexa Scale recently invested $5m, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO). Location : Cali, Colombia — relocation is required. Language : Spanish (or English) fluency (or willingness to learn quickly). Reports to Antonio, Founder & CEO (France-based).

At Hexa Scale, we’re on a mission to solve the funding & support gap between hyper-growth venture-capital ventures and self-financed bootstrapped companies. We partner with €1-10m ARR B2B software companies, mostly bootstrapped, that have the potential to become category leaders. We help them with capital, but also hands-on involvement, with our 30+ team of operators. Our first company, Veevart, is looking for their COO.

Veevart develops software for Museums in the US — an essential, high-standard, purpose-driven industry. Until now, museums relied on old software or patchwork solutions. Veevart is the first modern all-in-one software for them, covering fundraising, ticketing, shop, courses, and collection management. With 150 customers in North America and solid growth, we aim to help Veevart become the leader of its niche.

Your mission

• As COO, you’ll be Antonio’s (CEO) right hand in Cali — where Veevart’s Operations team is based.
• Lead streamlining and automation of operations, oversee revenue-generating Customer Success, and lead Finance and HR & People Ops.
• Drive growth, structure, and excellence across the organization with the goal of reaching $20M ARR with 30% EBITDA.
• This is a Late-Cofounder role, with high involvement in strategy and governance and an attractive equity stake.
