Position Summary

The Expense & Travel Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s Travel & Expense (T&E) processes through the Rydoo platform. This role ensures that employee expense reports are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Analyst acts as the main point of contact for employees, Finance, and HR regarding expense‑related matters and provides support on system usage, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations in the Rydoo expense management system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims.
  • Review, validate, and approve / reject submitted expense reports according to company travel & expense policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on the correct use of Rydoo, company policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as liaison between Finance, HR, and employees for T&E‑related inquiries.
  • Monitor compliance with internal T&E policies and escalation of issues when necessary.
  • Assist with system administration tasks, including user management, updates, and configuration changes in Rydoo.
  • Support Finance with reconciliation of expenses and reporting.
  • Generate and analyze T&E reports to track trends, compliance, and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to optimize T&E processes and propose automation or policy enhancements.
  • Assist in training employees and onboarding new hires on Rydoo usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in travel & expense management, accounts payable, or finance operations.
  • Familiarity with T&E systems, preferably Rydoo (experience with Concur, SAP, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel & expense policies and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite).
  • Intermediate / advanced English (oral and written).
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.
