Responsibilities

  • Calculate monthly audit targets and distribute work among QAs
  • Drive audit target completion
  • Gather inputs from QAs based on audits for briefings and training needs
  • Create Daily Briefing Documents for TLs to cascade to the floor for continuous improvement
  • Report performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
  • Suggest process or system improvements with quantified opportunities based on customer concerns
  • Attend Weekly Business Review with Campaign TL / OM / Client
  • Coordinate with Training to develop training needs analysis
  • Participate in strategic projects for the campaign / LoB
  • Interview, onboard and train new QAs
  • Provide coaching on the use of quality tools and analysis
  • Complete weekly coaching sessions with QAs
  • Maintain QA performance data and conduct quarterly performance reviews
  • Maintain change management logs for Quality Form and Rubric / Legend / Definitions
  • Drive quality initiatives, contests and campaigns for the assigned span
  • Stay updated as SME for the campaign / LoB

Qualifications

  • B2 English proficiency
  • Ability to use quality tools for analysis and data interpretation
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for data management and analysis
  • Problem-Solving and Process Improvement skills
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean principles (Preferred)
  • At least 6 months experience in managing a team of quality analysts (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a relevant environment (preferred)
  • Soft Skills

  • Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong people management and stakeholder management
  • Coaching for performance and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Logical thinking and ability to manage conflicts
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with diverse teams
