About the Role

As a Project Manager with a Creative Producer focus, you'll lead multidisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling—partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to turn bold ideas into world‑class outcomes on time and on budget. This contract goes until January 31st.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem
• Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving originality
• Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teams
• Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused
• Anticipate risks and blockers; resolve issues proactively with diplomacy and creativity
• Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth collaboration
• Maintain transparent documentation : timelines, status updates, budgets, and learnings
• Advocate for and implement process improvements that support creative flow
• Other duties as assigned
