What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with BU leadership to develop a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Serve as a Business Partner with Live Casino Operations management to ensure scalable success across multiple sites.
• Lead performance management and employee relations strategy, advising managers on motivation, appraisals, feedback, and disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Coach, develop and advise managers to enable them to undertake their people management roles and embed leadership behaviors.
• Upskill people managers by supporting the implementation of recruitment strategy, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, engagement and employee relations.
• Drive ARRISE Values “PRO” throughout the team, aligning with the business to deliver a productive and engaged workforce.
• Define L&D approach, identify training needs and develop relevant L&D initiatives.
