Key Responsibilities (Operations Intern) :
- Use spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to collect and analyse data, such as revenue figures & customer information.
- Assist in managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records.
- Generate reports and dashboards with the goal of providing insights and support in making data driven decisions.
- Support with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement in dedicated department.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for dedicated roles, providing actionable insights to the global teams and management.
- Assist in forecasting activities by analysing historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
- Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for partnership-related processes, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer within the team.
