Key Responsibilities
Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with company goals.Define KPIs, manage budgets, and translate strategy into actionable plans.Content & CampaignsManage content calendars and campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid, website).Use AI tools to streamline content creation, design, and optimization.AI & AutomationImplement and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.Leverage AI for data insights, reporting, and performance optimization.Lead Generation & AnalyticsDrive qualified leads through paid and organic campaigns.Track results, analyze metrics, and continuously improve ROI.Collaboration & ProjectsWork closely with leadership and sales teams for aligned execution.Support ad hoc initiatives such as launches, events, or rebranding.Ad Hoc & Administrative SupportAssist the founder with ad hoc tasks that align with marketing, branding, or operational needs.Maintain flexibility to take on new and evolving responsibilities as the business scales.Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution (B2B preferred).Proven ability to manage marketing end-to-end with minimal supervision.Experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva).Strong understanding of digital channels and analytics.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.Working Hours :
