Overview

The Engineering Manager leads the omnichannel domain across multiple technologies, setting technical guidelines and ensuring scalable, reliable, cost-effective, and secure solutions. This role translates strategic objectives into actionable goals, drives technical excellence, and fosters a security-first culture while managing and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the platform end-to-end, ensuring scalability, reliability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define IT architecture guidelines, standardize processes, and implement best practices to increase productivity and quality.
• Drive product strategy alignment with business goals, introducing innovative and cost-effective technologies.
• Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance with data protection regulations, embedding security in systems, products, and processes.
• Lead risk assessments, resilience improvements, and training programs to strengthen IT capabilities.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, setting development plans, evaluating performance, and supporting hiring needs.
• Collaborate with local and global leadership to ensure alignment, consistency, and delivery of cross-functional KPIs.
