Overview
Senior QA Engineer in Latin America. Lead testing efforts across multiple fintech projects, implement industry best practices, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality financial software.
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of all products
- Implement and maintain best practices for manual and automated testing, test execution, and test management
- Identify opportunities to improve product quality through tools, processes, and automation strategies
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with product roadmaps
- Define and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) for the QA team in collaboration with leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
