David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who is seeking to onboard a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager (LATAM) for their markets in Peru and Argentina.

Position : Business Development Manager (LATAM - Spanish)

Location : Remote-  Peru, Argentina

Employment type :  Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute outreach campaigns through direct communication, social platforms, email, and industry events to engage potential partners.
• Build, manage, and optimize a sales or partnership pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
• Expand and manage regional or international partner networks, balancing cost efficiency and business impact.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and high-value clients to support long-term business growth.
• Present the company’s value proposition, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new partners, including contract finalization, compliance checks, and integration into company programs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless partner handover and ongoing support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including partner acquisition and overall business impact.
