Responsibilities
- Support business leaders and managers in strategic HR issues and translate business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Guide managers in developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Coordinate and advise on recruitment processes to ensure the right people are in the right place.
- Identify training and development needs and support leaders in mentoring their teams.
- Advise on terms of employment and remuneration structures in line with market developments and organizational policy.
- Support the manager in conducting salary interviews.
- Guide managers and employees through organizational changes, including restructuring, culture change, and implementing new HR policies.
- Support management of absenteeism, develop absenteeism policy, and advise on long-term absenteeism issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures, and contribute to the implementation of HR policies.
