Integrated Logistics Lead Manager

When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. Your work also helps ensure that vital medicines reach patients on time and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of large-scale implementation projects.
  • Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders across Customer, KN Process & Systems, Operations, Business Management.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with global methodologies and risk frameworks.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive optimisation across budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Coach and develop Project Managers across regions.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics, consulting, or shipper environments.
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams across global functions.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and process design skills.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMI, Prince2, PMBOK).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
