DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate regular meetings with partnership or business development teams to assess performance, address challenges, and plan strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments to align partnership strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements relevant to partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at least B2).Must have experience from FX Brokers.3-5 years of experience in a senior business development, partnerships, or management role (e.g., Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Regional or Country Manager).Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.High level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.BENEFITS
