Senior Backend Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer , you will play a key role in building and supporting the systems that power our freight brokerage technology. You’ll collaborate with onboarding, customer success teams, and directly with customers to bring integrations live, resolve production issues, and adapt solutions to customer requirements.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

• Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to get customers live, troubleshoot production bugs, and customize integrations based on requirements.
• Build backend features that respond to customer needs, onboarding requests, and sales traction.
• Work closely with founders, PMs, and engineers to design, ship, and maintain backend services.
• Design and maintain scalable, event-driven systems to support high-growth operations.
• Integrate with external TMS platforms and third-party freight technology providers.
• Take ownership of production fire drills when they arise—and contribute to reducing their frequency through proactive improvements.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Studies : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields

Experience : At least 4 years of backend experience using Node.js and TypeScript

Language : Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks :

Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. following the American Calendar.

Contract : Indefinite term contract

Location : Remote in Colombia

Salary : Negotiable of exp level.
