Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide continuous guidance and support to team members to foster their personal and professional development.
• Supervise team operations ensuring adherence to company policies, including attendance tracking and performance management.

• Identify individual and team learning needs, coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate growth and training.
