Solvd is seeking a highly analytical and proactive FP&A; Senior Business Partner to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is a strategic hire and will serve as the Director of FP&A;'s key collaborator, playing a critical role in building financial models , creating insightful reporting files , and delivering actionable insights to commercial and delivery leaders. You'll be instrumental in shaping the financial backbone of our organization, helping us scale our FP&A; capabilities and drive smarter decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Model Ownership & Development Design, build, and maintain comprehensive financial models across revenue, cost of sales, headcount, and gross margin—ensuring accuracy, scalability, and strategic relevance. Reporting & File Creation Develop and manage reporting files that are both insightful and easy to update, enabling fast turnaround on priority analyses and decision support. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with strategic leaders across the organization—including commercial, delivery, and executive teams—to understand business drivers and translate them into financial insights. Ad-Hoc & Strategic Analysis Lead high-impact analyses in response to evolving business needs, including initiatives driven by senior leadership such as pricing strategy, margin optimization, and resource planning. Tool & Process Evolution Support the transition from Excel-based workflows to more scalable reporting systems and dashboards (e.g., Power BI), helping to mature the FP&A; function over time. Insight Generation Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve financial performance. Individual Contribution & Ownership Operate as a high-trust individual contributor with full ownership of deliverables, acting as a key partner to the Director of FP&A; in building the foundation of the team.
