About This Role :

We / 're hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager (NetSuite) to join one of our fast-scaling e-commerce clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-SKU, global inventory environment and has deep NetSuite expertise. You / 'll serve as the inventory control tower, ensuring accuracy across systems, improving workflows, and partnering with Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive inventory accuracy above 98%.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain item master data, bin locations, and lot / serial tracking in NetSuite
• Reconcile inventory movement across locations and resolve stock discrepancies
• Monitor aged inventory and implement accuracy-improvement initiatives
• Oversee and optimize all inventory transactions (RMAs, transfer orders, receipts, etc.)
• Align operations and accounting to ensure reconciled inventory values
• Utilize NetSuite Advanced Inventory, WMS, and SuiteAnalytics
• Collaborate on automation initiatives and process standardization
• Prepare regular inventory reports and dashboards
• Assist in inventory audits and compliance processes
• Support quarterly planning and cycle count processes
