Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Cali. The role focuses on enhancing the quality of our customer support experience by reviewing interactions, identifying training opportunities, and helping our agents deliver consistent, high-standard service. The Quality Assurance Specialist works closely with team leaders to provide coaching, feedback, and development plans aimed at improving communication, technical accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction. This position is centered on people, service quality, and performance improvement.

Daily tasks include reviewing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bilingual is a must (English & Spanish)
  • Experience in the web hosting or IT industry is a plus
  • Previous experience in QA based rules is a plus

Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary :

Coordinate all activities related to the implementation of the Quality System to ensure compliance with the 26 standards, as well as with the local regulatory agency Invima.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure compliance with the release process for all products manufactured in Colombian plants, those manufactured locally, and those packaged in the Reconditioning Warehouse.
  • Establish a quality system at the plant and in all related departments to comply with the 26 Quality standards and the local regulatory agency.
  • Establish a documentation system to control and manage all technical information and documents.
  • Plan and execute all activities related to the Annual Product Review.
  • Define and monitor all activities included in the Quality Master Plan to meet the schedule.
  • Coordinate the Mock Recall Audit.
  • Coordinate the Non-Conformity Program.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal audits.
  • Receive the Corporate Quality Audit for the Supply Chain.
  • Monitor the closure of internal and corporate quality audit results.
  • Monitor the Corrective and Preventive Action Program.
  • Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with Corporate and regulatory Quality Standards.
  • Job Duties

  • Prepare and monitor the Master Quality Plan.
  • Prepare and monitor the GMP Strategy. Activity monitoring.
  • Prepare and present the Monthly Quality Meeting.
  • Conduct and schedule the following activities : Mock recall; Prepare and coordinate the Annual Product Review; Nonconformities : finished product / Shelf quality / Quality complaints / Consumer complaints / Customer complaints / Internal country complaints.
  • Generate ETQs, monitor trends, and monitor closure. Support in generating the RCA and CAPA.
  • Monitoring the closure of Internal / Corporate Audits : Preparation and execution of audits.
  • Documents : generation, review, and approval of procedures and other quality documents. Ensure the review of Quality Flashes.
  • Participation in the definition of the Master Validation Plan by plant.l
  • Monitoring compliance with Component Alignment.
  • Definition and monitoring of the Quality Training program : planning the Bootcamp.
  • Participation in Quality Week.
