As a Global Data Analyst, you will work closely with both local and global operations teams to implement solutions that enhance the retention of our core fleet. Your role will involve identifying priorities, making data-driven decisions, and analyzing results to refine our initiatives. Your work will directly impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of people across Latin America by improving processes and helping shape our product vision and strategy.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with product squads and operations teams globally and locally to enhance Rappitenderos retention.

• Build data-driven recommendations, find improvement opportunities, and build KPI trackers.

• Identify and prioritize critical initiatives, make data-based decisions, and gain organizational buy-in.

• Analyze key metrics to assess the impact of deployed initiatives and iterate based on learnings.

• Work with the product team to measure and communicate the efficiency of current and new business processes.

• Assist in shaping the roadmap, defining the product vision, strategy, and identifying key focus areas.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Professional undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or correlated areas.

• Fluent in English

• Advanced SQL

• Experience with PowerBI

• Experience using Python

Nice to have:

• Specialization / Graduate degree

• Build and manage ETL workflows

• Solid knowledge of statistics and statistical modeling

• Machine Learning

• Operational Research
