JOB DESCRIPTIONEstamos en búsqueda de un Finance Controller con sólida experiencia en contabilidad y finanzas dentro de entornos internacionales y de manufactura. Este rol fundamental liderará la gestión financiera de nuestras operaciones en Colombia, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la excelencia en los procesos contables.RESPONSIBILITIES- Liderar cierres contables mensuales, trimestrales y anuales conforme a normativas locales y corporativas- Garantizar la precisión de los resultados financieros y su registro en Helisa- Supervisar funciones de AR, AP, Costeo e Impuestos- Asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, SOX y controles internos- Actuar como representante legal en temas financieros y contables- Colaborar con equipos de finanzas, ventas y recursos humanos- Apoyar auditorías internas y externas- Monitorear y mejorar políticas y procedimientos financieros- Aprobar conciliaciones y reportes contables claveQUALIFICATIONS- Educación : Título universitario en Contaduría Pública o Finanzas (posgrado es un plus)- Experiencia : Mínimo 8 años en roles financieros / contables en empresas internacionales- Idiomas : Inglés intermedio / avanzado (es un plus).- Habilidades técnicas : - Dominio de Excel, Word y PowerPoint- Conocimiento de Helisa, Oracle Cloud y normas contables locales (Colombian, US GAAP o IFRS)EMPLOYER DESCRIPTIONAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
