Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Supervise, mentor and work in partnership with HR team members.
Recruitment, training, onboarding, local labor law, employee relations case management, compensation and benefits, legal matters, transfer processes, and expatriation.
2. Ensure compliance with HR policies and / or regulations.
3. Establish and improve performance metrics.
4. Oversee system or workflow improvements.
5. Ability to identify, problem solve, and bring resolution to complex or non-routine situations, involving manager and other cross functional or divisional groups as appropriate.
6. Contribute and support the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
7. Develop, implement, and support SEL processes and programs as they apply to employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, safety, performance, and hiring.
8. Establish and maintain accurate records and reports.
9. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
10. Positively influence the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
11. Understand. Create. Simplify.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
PHR / SPHR and / or SHRM certification
Experience supervising others.
