Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Manager with solid experience in both frontend and backend development. This role requires someone who not only leads but also actively contributes to the technical design and development of scalable, high-performance products. You’ll be responsible for guiding the team, shaping the architecture, and driving the adoption of best practices across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js (Express / NestJS) on the backend.
• Build and optimize integrations with backend services and distributed systems.
• Lead the design and implementation of PostgreSQL and other database solutions.
• Define and enforce standards for code quality, testing, and CI / CD pipelines (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Implement solutions using no-code / low-code tools (Lovable, v0, Bolt) and leverage AI for performance, usability, and personalization.
• Promote best practices in architecture, high availability, and micro frontends.
• Provide technical mentorship and support the professional growth of the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
