Experiencia : Mínimo 2 años de experiencia certificable liderando campañas en Contact Center & BPO, en campañas de Servicio al cliente en bilingües. Dominio del sector Contact Center & BPO Gestión de indicadores de desempeño (KPI's) Liderazgo de equipos operativos y estratégicos Capacidad para generar e implementar planes de acción Nivel de Inglés : B2 Contrato Indefinido Salario : 4.500.000 pagos quincenales + prestaciones legales + comisiones por cumplimiento de indicadores Semana : lunes a viernes de 8 : 00 am a 5 : 00 pm Sábados de 8 : 00 am a 12 : 00 pm Educación mínima : Universidad / Carrera técnica 2 años de experiencia Idiomas : Inglés Palabras clave : lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente, jr, junior

Como Gerente de Operaciones Senior, serás responsable de planificar, organizar y liderar las operaciones de nuestras campañas, garantizando el cumplimiento de indicadores clave, la satisfacción del cliente interno y externo, y la correcta ejecución del brief y la facturación. Además, estarás a cargo de generar estrategias que impulsen el rendimiento de la operación y fortalezcan la cultura de alto desempeño.
Responsabilidades
- Planificar, organizar y liderar las operaciones de nuestras campañas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores clave (KPI) y la satisfacción de clientes internos y externos.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución del brief y la facturación.
- Generar estrategias que impulsen el rendimiento de la operación y fortalezcan la cultura de alto desempeño.
