We are seeking a Customer Service Leader who is committed to excellence, passionate about service, and has a strategic mindset to support the business in fulfilling our value proposition to the brands. This role is key to ensuring that partners receive a consistent, efficient experience aligned with our commitments. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations related to order entry and scheduling, as well as closely monitoring deliveries to ensure they are completed under agreed-upon conditions. You will also be in charge of customer creation and activation, SKU management and updates, price adjustments on recorded orders, and the generation of credit and debit notes. Additionally, you will play an active role in portfolio management and collections, ensuring a smooth flow of information and financial processes. This position requires a bilingual professional, as you will interact with international teams and partners.
