Responsibilities

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve highly complex and mission‑critical technical issues for Cloud and On‑Premise customers.
• Provide customer service at a technical and functional level and drive the complete resolution of each service incident.
• Act as Situation Manager for highly sensitive issues and consult with management on critical customer situations.
• Share knowledge by developing formal team training sessions and mentoring colleagues to promote technical and professional development.
• Create and review Knowledge Articles to capture solutions and best practices.
