Overview

Join to apply for the Sr. AWS Consultant role at NeuraFlash.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and positive outcomes for NeuraFlash clients.
  • Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the need (from ROI and outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful cloud deployment.
  • Facilitate business process reviews with customers to understand requirements and challenges; assist in documenting these needs to guide solution design.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable, clear, and well-structured user stories for development or implementation teams.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts clearly and managing expectations and priorities.
  • Work with Solution Architects to review and approve Solution Designs to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
  • Collect business requirements and collaborate with Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Practice Lead to generate estimates and timelines for Statements of Work.
  • Deliver customer end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Customer-facing contact center experience.
  • Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
  • Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
  • Hands-on scripting / coding experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort speaking to executives and IT management.
  • API integration experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, CodeDeploy).
  • Contact center architecture knowledge.
  • Experience in technology / software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.).
  • Experience with WorkForce Management solutions.
  • Experience with outbound dialers and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional.
  • AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
