What You Can Expect

Provides support by maintaining and expanding relationships with customers who include distributors, sales agents and support staff. The analyst's overall objective is to satisfy, and often exceed, our customers' needs by ensuring accurate tracking, recording and reporting of inventory across all locations. The analyst associate will be responsible for comparing physical stock with system records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. This role is critical to maintaining inventory integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and minimizing financial loss. The analyst associate will need to be comfortable and willing to learn new software, programs, and processes, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Schedule inventory audits in the audit scheduling tool
  • Reconcile and investigate variances between physical and system inventory
  • Investigate and solve inventory discrepancies
  • Understand inventory on consignment, and the companies field inventory tracking system
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and operations managers from distributorships to identify root causes of variances
  • Update reconciliation tracker and submit inventory adjustments to Manager and Inventory Control team
  • Assist with external audit requirements
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately documented and compliant with internal policies
  • Generate regular inventory reconciliation reports for management
  • Learn and understand inventory within SAP S4 Hana and SMS
  • Work with precision and rigor, adhering to industry standards and quality procedures.

What Makes You Stand Out

Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Suite, specifically MS Excel

  • Your Background

    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, business or another related field.

  • 0-3+ years related experience, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Experience with Inventory Control practices and physical audits is preferred.
