• Serve as the executive sponsor for high-priority network initiatives, acting as SME for customer inquiries linked to accelerated platform advancements.
• Shape and champion the implementation of scalable, digital solutions to enhance customer experience across clearing, settlement, and treasury operations.
• Assess emerging technologies (e.g., FedNow, real-time settlement platforms) and define strategic application within Mastercard’s ecosystem.
• Partner cross-functionally with global product, technology, operations, and client services teams to accelerate delivery, adoption, and impact.
