We are seeking a Head of Global Business Development to accelerate growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in key international markets. This role is based in Medellín and is central to positioning the company for the next phase of global development.

How you create impact

• Lead international business expansion strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Identify, assess, and prioritize new markets, clients, and partnerships
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across regions
• Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic deals to drive growth
• Represent ACCO Terramar in international meetings, events, and commercial missions
• Coordinate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement market entry plans
