We are currently looking for a Director Product Management - Sunrise in the United States.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision of innovative digital health solutions within a major clinical ecosystem. You will drive the product roadmap, lead high‑performing teams, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver cutting‑edge EHR modules and patient engagement tools. The position requires a forward‑thinking product leader who can balance strategic insight with hands‑on execution. You'll have the opportunity to shape next‑generation healthcare technology that improves clinical outcomes, enhances patient experience, and optimizes operational performance.
Accountabilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle — from market research and roadmap planning to delivery and go‑to‑market execution
- Serve as the voice of the customer, partnering with clinicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure that all products meet real‑world needs
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with organizational goals and long‑term innovation strategy
- Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and growth
- Drive discovery and delivery of modular, add‑on products within a complex EHR ecosystem, ensuring alignment between vision and implementation
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and commercial teams to ensure product usability, interoperability, and performance
- Stay ahead of market and technology trends, particularly in mobile, cloud, and AI‑driven healthcare solutions, to inform ongoing strategy
- Present product direction and progress to leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and influence
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a director‑level or senior leadership roleProven success building and launching enterprise‑scale healthcare technology products, ideally within EHR or clinical ecosystemsStrong understanding of clinical workflows, interoperability, and patient engagement strategiesExpertise in Agile product development, including backlog management and user story creationExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence across cross‑functional teamsDemonstrated ability to coach and develop product teams, enhancing both strategic and tactical executionSolid knowledge of mobile‑first design, SaaS delivery models, and healthcare data standardsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, informatics, business, or technology preferredWillingness to travel up to 30‑40% for client meetings, conferences, or strategic planning sessionsBenefits
