We are seeking a Business & Data Analysis Lead to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
- Lead requirements sessions with Marketing and Engineering to define analytics needs and data gaps.
- Document business and data requirements, logical models, and source‑to‑target mappings.
- Conduct gap analysis between current Databricks implementation and target architecture.
- Validate and document existing profile scripts using strong SQL skills.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, including BRDs, data flow diagrams, ERDs, and gap analysis workbooks.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams following structured methodologies (waterfall or hybrid).
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in business and data analysis with IT product-related or analytics deliverables.Strong SQL proficiency for data validation and documentation.Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL / ELT concepts, and Azure / Databricks environments (Delta Lake, medallion architecture).Familiarity with marketing data sources (MDW, DRINCC, SFMC) and customer data platforms (CDPs).Proven ability to create comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, ERDs, and data flow diagrams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate between business and technical audiences.Experience working under structured or hybrid delivery models.Strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.Understanding of data architecture and analytics ecosystems in marketing contexts is highly desired.Additional Information – Perks and Benefits
