Overview

Seras responsable de la planificación, coordinación y ejecución integral de proyectos de arquitectura, ingeniería y construcción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos, normas técnicas y requisitos legales. Liderará equipos multidisciplinarios, coordinará con clientes, contratistas, curadurías y entes reguladores, y velará por la calidad y seguridad en todas las fases del proyecto

Como vas a generar Impacto

Dirigir y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos desde la etapa de diseño hasta la entrega final.
Gestionar presupuestos, cronogramas, riesgos y recursos del proyecto.
Coordinar equipos internos (arquitectura, ingeniería, legal, SST) y externos (contratistas, proveedores, interventoría).
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normatividad local (curaduría, licencias de construcción, normativas ambientales y SST).
Implementar metodologías de gestión (PMI, Lean Construction, fast track, etc.) para optimizar tiempos y costos
Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas, procedimientos y directrices internas y externas aplicables.

Requisitos y experiencia

Profesional en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines.

Experiencia mínima de 10 años en gestión de proyectos de construcción de gran escala (edificios corporativos, plantas industriales, aeropuertos, laboratorios o similares).

Conocimiento en BIM, MS Project, Primavera P6 o herramientas de gestión de proyectos.

Dominio de presupuestos, planeación financiera y control de costos.

Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación.

Nivel avanzado de inglés (deseable para proyectos internacionales)
